Terms of Service

By submitting the CV form and checking the acceptance box, you enter a binding agreement with Oxegena Sàrl ("CVLift") and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Swiss law (Code of Obligations, SR 220).

CVLift is an AI-powered CV optimisation tool. Upon submission, our pipeline analyses, rewrites, ATS-optimises, tailors your CV to the job description, generates a cover letter and executive summary, and delivers a DOCX file. CVLift is a productivity tool — it does not guarantee employment outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts in your jurisdiction.

A free preview of the optimised CV is available to any user. Payment is required to download the full document.

Credit packs:

Credits are deducted at the point of generation. They are non-transferable and expire 6 months from purchase. Expired credits are forfeited without refund.

Credit prices are subject to change at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. CVLift does not store card details. All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes.

Refunds are processed as follows:

• →0 credits used → full automatic refund if requested within 5 days after purchase, or manual review within 2 business days (minimum 180-character explanation required)

• →First purchase with 1 credit used → full automatic refund if requested within 14 days after purchase, or manual review within 2 business days (minimum 180-character explanation required)

• →Later purchases with used credits → manual review within 2 business days (minimum 180-character explanation required)

Expired credits are not refundable. Refunds appear within 5–10 business days. Request via the refund page.

You may not use CVLift to submit fraudulent or impersonating CV content, resell generated CVs commercially, circumvent the free generation limit, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable law.

AI-generated output may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing the CV before submitting it to any employer, and for the accuracy of all information it contains. CVLift does not provide professional career advice.

You retain all rights to your original CV content and the optimised output. You grant CVLift a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service. The CVLift platform is the intellectual property of Oxegena Sàrl.

CVLift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost employment opportunities. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Credits deducted for failed generations due to system error will be restored.

Swiss law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of the canton where Oxegena Sàrl is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
